He spoke on two topics: &#8220;The legal aspect of the fake news&#8221; and &#8220;Internet domains&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>The legal aspects of the fake news:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Freedom of speech in the international and Polish law,<\/li>\n<li>The exceptions from the freedom of speech,<\/li>\n<li>The freedom of speech in terms of the criminal and civil infringements,<\/li>\n<li>The definition of disinformation.
