The event took place on June 24, 2025, in Warsaw.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"280\" data-end=\"615\">The conference agenda focused on key legal changes affecting IT contracts, driven by new regulations such as <a href=\"https:\/\/aplaw.pl\/services\/privacy-and-personal-data-protection\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">DORA<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/aplaw.pl\/services\/cybersecurity\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NIS2<\/a>, the AI Act, and the Data Act. These regulations introduced significant challenges for businesses, particularly in areas such as digital operational resilience, network and information security, and data management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"617\" data-end=\"1000\"><span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Artur Piechocki<\/span><\/span>\u2019s presentation, titled &#8220;Evolving Approaches to IT Implementations and Implementation Contracts \u2013 New Challenges and Practical Legal Insights&#8221;, began at 12:10 PM. During his session, he explored how recent regulations reshaped the negotiation of implementation contracts, with a focus on data protection, cybersecurity, and IT supplier liability.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1002\" data-end=\"1168\">Following the presentation, attendees had the opportunity to participate in a Q&amp;A session, gaining deeper insights into the evolving legal landscape for IT contracts.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1170\" data-end=\"1467\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">The conference provided an excellent opportunity to gain practical knowledge about the latest legal developments and their impact on IT agreements.
