Legal counsel <a href=\"https:\/\/aplaw.pl\/en\/team\/artur-piechocki\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Artur Piechocki<\/a> will be one of the speakers.<\/p>\n<p>The objective of the training is to prepare participants for the effective implementation of the NIS2 requirements. By combining legal, operational, and organizational perspectives, attendees will learn how to identify and assess risks, manage the security of critical services, and build responsible, regulation-compliant processes\u2014both within their own organizations and in their relationships with service providers.<\/p>\n<p>During his presentation titled \u201cCybersecurity in Regulatory and Operational Practice: Risk, Outsourcing, and Liability,\u201d Artur Piechocki will discuss practical cyber risk management, integrating regulatory requirements with an operational, risk-based approach. He will outline the obligations of relevant entities and the principles of engaging external cybersecurity solution providers, including key elements of outsourcing agreements.
