On October 5, 2021 was a fifth edition of the Warsaw Privacy Expert Panel organised by APLAW and PrivacyConnect by OneTrust. The topic was: “Personal data processing in HR”:
- Scope of personal data processed in HR.
- Processing of special categories of personal data – legal basis and special situations, e.g. COVID, sobriety at work.
- Recruitment processes – specific requirements.
- Retention of personal data concerning employees.
- Security of personal data processing.
- Entrusting of personal data processing – forms of cooperation, scope of entrusting in terms of outsourcing.
- Multi-entity processing of personal data, i.a. within capital groups.
- HR data in Covid-19 times.
