Agata Domańska a panelist at the scientific conference “Digital Services Act from the perspective of the authors of commentaries”

On March 15, 2024 was held a scientific conference  “Digital Services Act from the perspective of the authors of commentaries” organised by the Centre of Personal Data Protection and Information Management at the University of Łódź, the Regional Chamber of Attorneys-at-Law and the EU Law Faculty at the University of Łódź. 

Advocate Agata Domańska acted as a panelist at the session: “Perspectives – project of the implementation act, Polish authorities and execution of law, penalty system and liability”. Among other panelists:  Xawery Konarski (Traple, Konarski, Podrecki i Partnerzy), Edyta Bielak-Jomaa (Uniwersytet Łódzki), dr Kamil Szpyt (Krakowska Akademia im. Andrzeja Frycza Modrzewskiego), Dorota Głowacka (Fundacja Panoptykon) and Maciej Groń (NASK).
