- providing day-to-day legal services to telecom enterprises
- drafting and revise the standardised contracts for the provision of telecom services, the regulations for the provision of telecom services and the price lists for the provision of telecom services
- participating in the processes of negotiating and concluding inter-operator agreements (e.g. IP transit), the network connection and bitstream access agreements, as well as the agreements regulating connections within telecommunication hubs and peering facilities
- advising on broadband network projects and the formation of consortia
- preparing Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- providing legal assistance in the processes of handling breakdowns and complaints
- conducting proceedings for the access to the telecom infrastructure on the basis of the mega-act (Articles 30 and 33) and the telecommunication law (Article 139), as well as we take a part in concluding contracts for access to the telecom infrastructure
- representing clients at the telecommunication regulatory proceedings as well as at the court disputes concerning regulatory decisions
- representing telecom enterprises during the audits conducted by the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE)
- representing telecom operators in proceedings before the President and the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK)
- participating in the activities concerning assessment of the systems conformity and equipment’s electromagnetic compliance
- verifying fulfilment of the obligations arising from telecommunication secrecy, security, integrity of transmissions and States defence and security
- conducting proceedings aimed to obtain radio permits
- preparing and negotiate colocation and hosting, telehousing and data centre agreements
- preparing and negotiate contracts for the supply of telecommunications equipment, e.g. routers, switches, telephone switchboards
- drafting regulations for electronic services, service exchange platforms, domain and hosting regulations
- drafting and negotiate contracts for the production, implementation and outsourcing of IT services, the transfer of copyrights and imply licensing and the information security contracts
- advising on new internet projects and online information acquisition projects (e-commerce, applications, social media platforms etc.)
- providing opinions on cyber-security solutions and prepare reports on cyber-threats
- representing clients in the disputes related to the processing of information in electronic systems, in public procurement proceedings concerning the implementation of IT projects and supply of IT equipment
- representing clients in court and administrative proceedings, before the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE), the President of the Office for Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKIK), the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection (SOKIK), the Internet Domains Arbitration Court at the Polish Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunications (PIIT) and the common courts
