Attorney-at-law. Member of the Warsaw Bar of Attorneys. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
She specializes in intellectual property, new technologies, personal data protection, combating unfair competition and civil and commercial law, in particular in the field of the ongoing legal services for various business entities. She advises on projects concerning preparation of the intellectual property management and protection strategy. She is involved in conducting legal audits, preparing legal opinions and civil and commercial contracts, particularly connected with IP and IT law. She has a wide experience in trade mark matters, in proceedings before the EUIPO, the Polish Patent Office and the WIPO. She participates in projects concerning the implementation of the GDPR and new technologies, in particular preparation and negotiation of the relevant documentation.
Author of several articles in a daily press for example Dziennik Gazeta Prawna and Rzeczpospolita, ITWiz Magazine and portals: prawo.pl, nowymarketing.pl.
