2-3.03.2021 Artur PIechocki, Katarzyna Gorzkowska and Natalia Polańska acted as panelists at the conference organised by MMC on March 2 and 3, 2021 “The IP management in a company – copyrights in IT projects”. They presented four topics:

“Directive on Copyrights in the Digital Single Market – implementation since June 2021” (Natalia Polańska):
- The judgement of the Court of Justice of the European Junion
- The consequences of implementing the Directive into the Polish regulations
“Implementation of the cybersecurity agreements” (Katarzyna Gorzkowska):
- Security of the system
- The supervision of an authority – The Act on the National Cybersecurity System
- Cooperation with the forensic authorities in terms of a cybercrime
- The employee’s duty to keep records in terms of cybersecurity care
- The practical aspects of bringing claims arising from the cybercrimes committed by employees
