On the beginning of 2024 will be published a book by Wolters Kluwer “Digital Services Act. Commentary” under the scientific edition of dr. Mirosław Gumularz. There are APLAW’s lawyers among the authors: Artur Piechocki, Agata Domańska, Natalia Polańska i Martyna Popiołek-Dębska.
The commentary includes a detailed elaboration of the new regulations on DSA, which the key goals are:
- combating illegal content in internet,
- providing platforms’ liability for their algorithms,
- amending content moderation online.
