03.08.2020 In July 2020 Wolters Kluwers published the book by Dr. Ireneusz Matusiak (scientific editor) and Artur Piechocki (co-author) “Internet domains. Theory and practice”.
The publication includes the commentary on the actual practical issues relating to the Internet domains regulations. At the same time the book is a summary of the several years of the works of the Arbitration Court for the Internet Domains at the Polish Chamber of Telecommunications and Information Technologies in Warsaw.
The book addresses the following issues:
- registration and maintenance of the Internet domain’s name,
- Internet address as a trademark,
- Internet domain’s name as an enterprise’s asset,
- proofs in disputes relating to the Internet domains.
The authors of the chapters work as the arbitrators, mediators and council’s members at the Internet Domains Arbitration Court.
