Agata Domańska

Advocate, member of Poznań's Bar of Advocates. Graduate from the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of History of Art at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. Completed her judge training in Poznań.

Agata specializes in IP, GDPR and IT/TMT law, e.g. she was involved in IT software implementation projects for the largest energy companies in Poland. She also advises on corporate law and M&A projects. She conducted multiple due diligence audits for big companies of a complex structure, as well as the real estate due diligence. She also participated in M&A projects in regards to purchasing shares/bonds/stakes in capital companies. She conducted reorganisations and mergers of the commercial companies, which she also advised on comprehensive corporate matters.

Agata has a wide experience in labour law, including collective employment and collective dispute resolution. Due to her judge post-graduate training she also has a big experience in litigation, including white cololar crime.

She gained her experience in GWW, one of the biggest Polish law firms, as well as in Poznań law offices.
