02.12.2020 APLAW and OneTrust PrivacyConnect prepared the next webinar from the series of Warsaw Privacy Expert Panel. This time the debate will approach the topic: Multilateral relationships in personal data processing:
- Who is who: Identifying entities involved in processing of personal data: data controller, processor, joint-controller, another controller.
- Roles and formal relations between entities involved in processing of personal data: dpa, joint-controller contract, transfer of personal data.
- Particularly tricky use of personal data bases from third parties: email and phone databases. How to lawfully collect personal data?
- The most complicated cases: programmatic advertising, contest/ quiz, software projects.
