Artur Piechocki speaks at the workshop “New electronic communications law”

27.11.2020 Artur Piechocki will act as a speaker at the workshop “The new electronic communications law – how to get prepared?” organised by MMC on November 27, 2020. He will speak on the following topics:

“Standard agreements in the new Act on electronic communications law”:

• amendment to the agreement – Art. 270 of the new Act
• the Act introducing electronic communications law – the limits of the maximum duration of the contracts
• customer consents (SMEs, NGOs) on resignation from the customer rights
• separate regulations for B2B

“Regulations on additional account charges”:

• Drafting subscriber’s documentation due to the customer segment (rules on the provision of telecommunication services and fees).
