08.12.2020 Artur Piechocki acted as a speaker at the webinar “Practical approach to EBA and KNF requirements in respect to outsourcing and cloud computing” organised by MM Conferences on December 8, 2020.
He presented the topic: “Banking compliance in the area of cybersecurity”:
- Duties of the banks and financial markets infrastructure arising from the Act on the National Cybersecurity System
- Implementing the obligations of the key services operator
- Outsourcing as a way of implementing compliance
- Outsourcing of cybersecurity agreements – what should be noted.
