Aneta Posytek

A lawyer. A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Silesia in Katowice and the European University of Law and Administration in Warsaw.

She handles intellectual property law issues, in particular copyright law, new technology law and e-commerce. Moreover, she provides legal advice to film and advertising producers, computer game developers, acting agencies and individual creators. She legally supports Polish and international film and advertising productions in creating and negotiating contracts.

She also advises on corporate law and ongoing corporate services. She prepares and verifies corporate documents and commercial agreements. She supports foundations and associations in creating their statutes and in their daily activities. She also serves as a Data Protection Officer (DPO). Member of the Council of the Polish-French Foundation ENTRAIDE.

Speaks English.
