26.10.2020 Artur Piechocki acted as a moderator during the conference “New technology law – actual issues and new challenges” organised on October 26, 2020 by the publishing house C.H. Beck and The Association for New Technology Law. Artur Piechocki prepared and moderated a panel discussion “Cybersecurity as a component of compliance and business practice”:
- Cybersecurity from the technical point of view – introduction
- What are the cyber risks and how to categorise them from the business perspective?
- The legal requirements of cybersecurity. The National Cybersecurity System
- The objective and subjective scopes of the cybersecurity regulations
- How to defense a business from the cyberthreats – internal and external models

- Spectacular consequences of the lack of cybersecurity and their analysis – forensic IT
- Are we protected by a cyberpolisy?
