25-26.06.2020 Artur Piechocki acted as a speaker at the webinar “IT implementation contracts” organised by Puls Biznesu on June 25-26, 2020. He spoke about “Data processing and co-administration of personal data in IT implementation contracts”:

• Definition of the legal relation between the purchaser and the contractor in terms of personal data processing: co-administrators or administrator-processor,
• Personal data processing in test and production environments,
• The possibility of anonymisation of data in test environment,
• The scope of liability of the contracting parties for data security breach,
• The scope of duties of the processor due to the personal data protection and rights of data subject,
• The deadlines for performing the duties by both parties,
• The impact of the personal data processing agreement on the general contract.
