Artur Piechocki to speak as an expert at the “DORA: Key legal and practical implementation aspects” conference organized by “Puls Biznesu”

On October 3, 2024, will be held a conference focusing on the essential legal and practical aspects of implementing the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Artur Piechocki will participate as both a keynote speaker and the moderator of a discussion panel. Artur Piechocki’s presentation, titled “Introduction to DORA: key concepts, scope of application,” will begin at 9:10 AM, launching the main part of the conference. During this session, participants will gain insights into:

• The sectors and entities required to comply,
• The impact of DORA on different segments of the financial market.

In the afternoon, Artur Piechocki will also lead a discussion panel titled “Challenges and benefits of implementing DORA.” Together with other experts, he will explore the major challenges and advantages of DORA’s implementation, including its implications for collaboration with ICT providers.
