Artur Piechocki among the editors of the Third Issue of the Quarterly “Law of New Technologies”

The third issue of the quarterly “Law of New Technologies”, dedicated to cybersecurity and its regulatory landscape, is now available for purchase. Attorney-at-law Artur Piechocki, who acted as one of the editors, also penned the introduction.

Published by C.H. Beck, the quarterly delves into pressing challenges and issues surrounding the application of new technology law. It provides insights into the latest legal frameworks, judicial rulings, and regulatory developments from Polish and European authorities. The publication also examines legislative efforts shaping the information society and addressing various aspects of innovation and its regulation.

The quarterly’s content is organized into six core sections: data protection and privacy, cybersecurity, e-commerce, innovation, the Internet and media, and IT.
