The report “HR and Workforce – Overview of Changes and Trends 2024” is the latest publication by Wolters Kluwer and its collaborating experts. It serves as a comprehensive guide on current changes in labor law and ongoing trends in the HR field.
The report is aimed at employers, HR department employees, and individuals interested in human resources management in the digital age. It is divided into three parts. The first two parts discuss the laws and proposed changes to existing regulations – both those already implemented and those planned for implementation in mid-2024 or early 2025.
The third part, co-created by invited experts, focuses on trends in human resources management. In this section, Artur Piechocki co-authored a chapter dedicated to the impact of the AI Act on employer responsibilities, sharing knowledge and observations on the use of AI in human resources management.
