- providing comprehensive ongoing advice on employee affairs
- advising on issues related to the establishment and termination of employment relationship, including the civil law forms of employment and managerial contracts
- consulting employment restructuring projects, including employee transfers, outsourcing, individual and group redundancies
- representing clients in pre-litigation, court and arbitration disputes concerning, among others: employee claims, social packages, mobbing and discrimination, accidents at work, competition disputes
- preparing and verify the documentation related to the internal policies and codes, including: labour regulations, remuneration regulations, ethical and anti-discrimination codes, privacy, data protection policies, monitoring of work and employees, use of company property and responsibility for the property
- advising on drafting remuneration and incentive systems
- advising on planning and settlement of working time
- supporting foreigners in terms of administrative proceedings, i.a. work permits, permanent residence permits etc.
- representing clients in clarification procedures and disputes arising from the white-collar crime
