  • providing day-to-day legal services to telecom enterprises
  • drafting and revise the standardised contracts for the provision of telecom services, the regulations for the provision of telecom services and the price lists for the provision of telecom services

  • conducting proceedings aimed to obtain radio permits
  • preparing and negotiate colocation and hosting, telehousing and data centre agreements
  • preparing and negotiate contracts for the supply of telecommunications equipment, e.g. routers, switches, telephone switchboards
