Artur Piechocki at the WEBMIX Conference in Warsaw

We invited participants to the WEBMIX Conference, a key event for the domain, hosting, SEO, and e-commerce industries, which took place on September 27, 2024, in Warsaw. Artur Piechocki was among the speakers, offering insights on domain name disputes. APLaw served as a substantive partner of the conference.

Artur Piechocki, President of the Arbitration Court for Internet Domains, spoke at 12:15 PM. His presentation, “ABC of domain name disputes. How to respond to a lawsuit and how to assert your rights,” addressed key issues related to domain names, with a particular focus on domain disputes. He also discussed notable domain name cases and methods of resolving them.

The event included networking opportunities, expert panel discussions with industry partners, and an Oxford-style debate featuring distinguished guests.
