On November 28, 2022, the 16th Congress of Business Intelligence, organized by Puls Biznesu, took place.
Artur Piechocki delivered a presentation titled “The Legal Issues Relating to Big Data.”
The session covered:
- profiling and automated decision-making systems,
- data processing on the internet using programmatic methods,
- new models for personal data collection,
- legal issues related to databases,
- selected court rulings concerning personal data processing.
The presentation focused on legal challenges arising from the growing use of big data in business intelligence and data-driven decision-making.
