23.03.2021 Artur Piechocki acted as a speaker at the conference online organised on March 23, 2021 by MMC “Customer protection – the recent legal changes, trends and directions of development”. He presented the topic: “The new Electronic Communications law”:

• Determining the content and the obligations before signing the contract and the duty of the brief summary of the terms included in the contract
• Duties of the service supplier to a customer
• Customer consent to resignation from the customer’s rights
