In January 2025, the School of New Technology Law (IT & TMT), organized by the H. Grocjusz Intellectual Property Law Center, will kick off for its sixth edition. Artur Piechocki will once again lead a series of lectures as part of this program.
At the IT & TMT School, Artur Piechocki will present a lecture titled “Domain Name Disputes,” scheduled for February 22, 2025, focusing on the FinTech sector.
This program is open to anyone interested in understanding the new technology sector from both technological and legal perspectives. There are no prerequisites for having completed legal studies, making it accessible to law graduates, trainees, post-trainee lawyers, and even law students eager to expand their knowledge in IT & TMT.
The curriculum will cover the following topics:

- Artificial intelligence systems,
- Computer programs: protection and licensing,
- FinTech,
- Future trends: combined sessions – IP School and IT & TMT,
- Media and online advertising,
- Computer games,
- Cybersecurity,
- Artificial intelligence and the law,
- Blockchain, tokens, cryptocurrencies,
- E-sports.
Classes will begin in January 2025.
