On May 23 and 24, 2023, the second edition of the Consumer Law Congress, organized by Puls Biznesu, took place.
Martyna Popiołek-Dębska participated as a speaker and analysed the topic “Means of removing the effects of the collective consumers’ interests infringement and using abusive clauses – the jurisprudence practice of the President of the UOKiK.”
The presentation focused on the practical approach of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) in cases concerning infringements of collective consumer interests and the use of abusive contractual clauses.
