29.07-05.08.2018 ELSA Summer Law School on Cyber Law to już piąta edycja międzynarodowej szkoły prawa organizowanej przez Europejskie Stowarzyszenie Studentów Prawa ELSA Poznań na Wydziale Prawa i Administracji Uniwersytetu im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu. W projekcie weźmie udział około 40 studentów z całej Europy, którzy chcą zgłębiać wiedzę z zakresu prawa cyberprzestrzeni. Tygodniowe wydarzenie rozpocznie konferencja otwierająca pt. „Prawne aspekty ochrony danych osobowych w Internecie”. W ciągu następnych dni uczestnicy projektu wezmą udział w warsztatach i wykładach, podczas których będą poruszane następujące zagadnienia w ujęciu prawnym: sztuczna inteligencja, waluta cyfrowa, tzw. smart contracts, start-up, przestępstwa cybernetyczne, model przetwarzania danych – cloud computing, social media, zarządzanie danymi podstawowymi – Master Data Management.
Daniel Siciński weźmie udział w inauguracyjnej konferencji, podczas której omówi temat: „Most important requirements arising from GDPR”. Następnego dnia poprowadzi warsztaty praktyczne „Online profiling and protection of privacy”.
