In November, attorney-at-law Artur Piechocki and attorney-at-law Natalia Polańska conducted a two-day training session on artificial intelligence for a leading electronics manufacturer.
The training covered, among other topics, an introduction to and classification of AI systems, related risks and risk management, compliance by design, as well as various obligations concerning high-risk systems (documentation, oversight, reporting).
“Artificial intelligence is no longer a ‘technology of the future’ – it is a tool that is already transforming the way companies operate across almost every industry. This is why it is crucial for organisations not only to implement AI solutions but also to understand the associated risks, obligations and regulatory challenges,” says Artur Piechocki.
“Training in this area is becoming essential for maintaining a competitive advantage. The better prepared the teams are, the easier it is to design legally compliant, safe and effective AI-based systems. It is an investment that will pay off, as it improves processes, streamlines data management and reduces legal risks,” adds Artur Piechocki.
